CFFP ONLY: New Saturday Schedule- Lifting Class (with Chris Nasso) 8 am – 9:30—Team WOD moved to 9:30
Perform 5 rounds of 7 sets (complexes) of the following sequence:
Bar must touch the ground each sequence but cannot rest on the ground or it terminates the set.
Goal is to increase loads each round to complete “The Bear” with max load.
Rest as needed between sets.
No re-grip allowed on the floor.
You must power clean the bar to full standing position before squatting the weight. Must show full range of motion and set before the next movement (no squat clean or thruster)
