NEWS & REMINDERS

Summer Saturday Schedule

Starting on Saturday, June 7th, we will switch to a Summer Saturday Schedule with classes at 7am & 8:30am. A reminder will also be posted on Zenplanner. If the need arises to go back to a regular Saturday schedule, then we will do so and announce it on Zenplanner as well. Happy Summer!

Sign Up In Advance for Classes

Please sign up for classes early. Our coaches do their best to prepare for classes in advance, and one thing they consider in their planning is class size. Early sign-ups help tremendously in allowing them to plan accordingly and make your experience amazing, each and every time.

For our typically smaller classes, please remember that classes can be canceled due to a lack of sign ups. Also remember that our early morning classes will cancel if people are not signed up the evening before.

Clean Habits Build Strong Values

For many of us, Crossfit Fort Pierce is a second home. It’s where we can forget about everything in our daily lives and focus on ourselves. So with that in mind, let’s make sure to do our part to keep the gym tidy and clean. There are several wipe containers throughout the gym, so please be sure to wipe down equipment and put it back in its place when done. Parents, we love seeing the kids come to class with you. Let’s be sure to clean up after them and leave the club room tidy and clean for the next set of kids. Thank you to all for your efforts in building strong values through clean habits!

Run Club

Join the Run Club every Tuesday at 6pm at Sailfish. You don’t need to be an expert runner! Everyone goes at their own pace down a similar route from Avenue A to the bridge and back. It is a choose your own adventure run/walk, if you’d like to run all three miles, awesome! If you are just starting and want to walk a mile, great! When you're finished, Run Club meets back at Sailfish to grab a beverage for a discount. There is also a punch system depending on how many visits you can get things like free beer, t-shirts, and more.

Believe and Achieve 5k

Congrats to all those who participated in the Believe & Achieve Inaugural 5K. You make us at CFFP proud to be so well represented at such amazing community events like this one.


MURPH 2025

‘Murph’ is a CrossFit workout performed in honor of Lieutenant Michael Murphy, a Navy SEAL who died in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005.  The workout is a tribute to Murphy's sacrifice and service, and a special way to remember and honor fallen soldiers on Memorial Day each year.

We absolutely love and are so proud of the turnout at CFFP and especially of the extra effort and grit shown in honor of those service members who no longer have the choice to workout alongside us. A special thank you to Lirian and Tony V. for running the açai bowl station. It was a well deserved treat after such a grueling display of perseverance. Thank you!

PCCF Throwdown

Find a partner and sign up for the local competition at Halpatiokee Park on October 4th. Your participation directly supports the Martin County Police Athletic League, making a difference in the lives of young athletes. Let’s have our best CFFP representation yet this year!


Athlete of the Month

Ingrid Wilkinson

This month’s Athlete of the Month is the consistent, motivated, and humble Ingrid Wilkinson. You can usually catch Ingrid at the 8am or 9am class. She loves finding herself a spot in front of the mirror where she can work on her form and technique. Ingrid is the epitome of the saying ‘leave your ego at the door’, as she is constantly looking for guidance from coaches to modify appropriately based on her limitations and needs. This kind of attitude along with her super attendance and some dietary changes on the home front have led Ingrid to an amazing month at the gym with some tremendous gains and just overall looking and feeling good! Congrats to Ingrid Wilkinson!!!

FITNESS CHALLENGE

JUNE | MAX DEAD HANG

This month’s fitness challenge is the Dead Hang. Jump up and hang from the pull-up bar for as long as possible without dropping. It’s that simple!

Make sure to keep track of your time using the gym clock or on your phone. Make this challenge all about improving your personal best. See how much you can improve from the beginning to the end of the month. Start today!
